Patrick Hudepohl
Patrick (Pat) Hudepohl grew up in Mason, Ohio, where he got his start working in his father's construction company. From a young age, he learned the trades hands-on, building a foundation of knowledge from the ground up. After high school, Pat earned a bachelor’s degree from Urbana University, where he was a four-year letterman on the football team. He also holds an Associate in Claims (AIC) designation from The Institutes.
Pat believes that being well-prepared and supporting clients in their time of need—especially after a property loss—is one of the most meaningful responsibilities in the restoration industry. He is committed to ongoing education, leveraging cutting-edge technology, and being part of a company that clients can trust during difficult times.
In his free time, Pat enjoys spending time with his wife, Mary, and their 100-pound dog. He also loves traveling, discovering new restaurants, boating, and cheering on the Bengals.

Ben Muth
Ben grew up in Waynesville, Ohio, where he spent his time playing soccer and tennis and kayaking whenever he had the chance. After high school, he attended the University of Cincinnati, majoring in Operations Management with minors in Accounting and Real Estate. He was also a proud member of the Kolodzik Business Scholars program.
During college, Ben completed co-ops with Hudepohl Restoration, Turner Construction, and Fischer Homes, gaining valuable experience across the construction and restoration industries.
In his free time, Ben still enjoys playing tennis and kayaking with friends. He’s also a dedicated Bearcats fan and loves returning to the University of Cincinnati to support the football team.

Cristian Gutierrez
Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, Cristian Gutierrez brings over 12 years of hands-on experience in the construction and restoration industry. After moving to the United States in 2006, Cristian quickly found his calling in construction—a field where his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to growth set him apart.
Cristian is trilingual—fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian—which allows him to connect with a wide range of clients and team members, ensuring clear communication and a smoother project experience for everyone involved.
His passion lies in helping others—whether it’s restoring a damaged home or simply bringing peace of mind to those he serves. Known for his reliability, professionalism, and customer-first attitude, Cristian is driven by one simple goal: to make people’s lives better, one project at a time.

Nathan Hartung
Nathan grew up on the west side of Cincinnati, Ohio, and later graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Marketing. He’s passionate about helping people recover from unexpected property damage and takes pride in doing the job right—every time.
In his free time, Nathan enjoys working out, reading, writing, and spending time with friends. Whether he’s lifting weights or deep into a good book, he’s always looking for ways to grow personally and professionally.

Nathan brings a mix of business savvy, hands-on training, and a people-first mindset to every project he’s a part of.

Jody Vrettos
Jody is originally from Washington Court House, Ohio. She went to school for Greenhouse Management at Ohio State ATI and has spent most of her career in the landscape industry working in greenhouses, at plant/turf farms and landscape companies. Jody has just started working with us and is looking forward to learning about this industry and 360 Restoration.
Curious and committed to growth, Jody looks forward to learning the ins and outs of the restoration industry and contributing to the team’s success.
Outside of work, Jody enjoys gardening, reading, and hiking—especially when it means quality time with her family. She’s been married to her husband, Nick, for 29 years, and they have three daughters—Dora, Lydia, and Neva—as well as one beloved black lab, Mavis.

Justin Hoff
Justin was born and raised in Lebanon, Ohio, and is a recent graduate of Lebanon High School and the Warren County Career Center. While in trade school, he focused on HVAC and gained hands-on experience working on furnaces and A/C units. That training gave him not only technical skills but also the confidence and mindset needed for the trades.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys fishing—especially catfishing—working on trucks with his friends, and installing subwoofers and custom stereo systems. He has a passion for loud music, creative builds, and always finding something new to tinker with.

Justin is proud to be part of the 360 Restoration team and looks forward to growing his skills in a new field while continuing to work hard and stay hands-on.

Ryker Jones
Ryker was born in Dayton, Ohio, and raised in Lebanon, where he developed a strong work ethic and a passion for hands-on craftsmanship. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, swimming, and kayaking—but his favorite way to unwind is by honing his welding skills, often turning scrap metal into creative sculptures.
He brings practical knowledge, curiosity, and a readiness to learn to every job site.
